OneCert will accept all production or handling applications that fall within its area(s) of accreditation and certify all qualified applicants, to the extent of its administrative capacity to do so without regard to size or membership in any association or group.
The official language of OneCert is English. Any party wishing to do business with OneCert in another language must provide translation for personnel and documentation.
Complaint & Appeal
Under the provisions of OneCert Certification Procedure any decision taken in respect of granting withholding, renewal, suspension or cancellation of certification under the NPOP, NOP, EEC 834/2007, GOTS, ISO-22000 can be appealed against. An operator may also lodge the complaint.
